As a Core Studio, we offer individual and group classes at various levels of difficulty. We practice both on mats with the use of hoops, gymnastic balls, tapes, bars, rollers, etc., as well as on specialized Peak Pilates® equipment – MVe® Reformer beds and MVe® Chair.

Classes ensure the even development of the body and build the strength of the center. The so-called core, which consists of the abdominal muscles and the muscles of the spine, together constitute the focal point of our locomotor system. Exercises performed with precision, arranged in the right order, make us sculpt muscles, stretch the body pleasantly and strengthen the abdominal strength. Our spine becomes supple and strong, muscles are slender and springy, which gives us energy and a healthy look. That is why it is often said that pilates is therapeutic gymnastics.

Pilates on machines – exercises for a flat stomach

Training on reformers and chairs helps to improve the exercises, thanks to which we achieve the intended goals faster, both in shaping the figure and in gaining functional fitness. It is also a great alternative to competitive, recreational, and dance sports – as supportive training.

Classes are held in the luxurious Belvedere Residence in Mokotów, where we provide a nice and intimate atmosphere to learn pilates.
